Firefox Send competes with WeTransfer and Dropbox

Mozilla has just launched “Firefox Send”. Competitor of WeTransfer, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, this new service allows you to share files for free, up to 2.5 GB

Two advantageous, free and secure packages are available :

  • Sharing up to 1 GB without having to register.
  • Sharing up to 2.5 GB, with options such as defining the number of downloads or the expiration time of the sharing link. The condition : to connect with a Firefox account.

This system is convenient because it allows you to share any type of files, which do not pass by email: video files, audio, photos, etc..

The differentiating point is its download limit, which is higher than its competitors.

This service will also be available as an Android’s application.

The organization is suffering. Google and Microsoft are taking up more and more space, which reduces the number of Firefox users. That is why it is trying to diversify as much as possible by launching renewal projects

We wish him good luck and strongly advise you to try this new service!
